5. Program Participation and Safety

5.2 Assumption of Risk

  • Outdoor activities involve inherent risks

  • VET is not liable for injuries resulting from inherent risks
  • Participants are responsible for their own safety within program guidelines

6. Payment and Donations

6.1 Program Fees

  • Any applicable fees will be clearly communicated
  • Payment terms are specified per program
  • Refund policies are program-specific

6.2 Donations

  • Donations are voluntary and non-refundable
  • Tax receipts will be provided as applicable
  • Recurring donations can be canceled at any time

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 VET Content

  • All content on our website is protected by copyright
  • Our logo, name, and branding are trademarked
  • Content may not be used without written permission

7.2 User Content

  • You retain rights to content you share
  • You grant VET license to use shared content

Users and participants must:
